This page is maintained by Flair elite LTD to answer common questions about how Flair (flairelite.com) operates. Please email privacy@flairelite.com with any questions.
Who we are
Flair elite LTD ("Flair", "we", "our", "us") operates the website at flairelite.com. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site. For any privacy enquiry, contact us at privacy@flairelite.com.
What we collect
We only collect personal information you give us directly, plus minimal technical data needed to run the site:
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, the role you selected (athlete, club, business, supporter, other), your message, and whether you opted in to product updates.
- Basic technical data: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, and timestamps, used to operate, secure, and improve the site.
We do not knowingly collect special category data, payment card data, or information from children under 13.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries you send via the contact form.
- To send product updates if you opted in (you can opt out at any time).
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (UK/EU)
- Consent — for marketing updates when you tick the opt-in box.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, run analytics on aggregated traffic, and keep the site secure.
- Legal obligation — where the law requires us to retain or disclose information.
How we share it
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate Flair, under written contracts that restrict their use of it. Current providers include:
- Lovable — hosting, application platform, and email delivery for site-generated emails.
- Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and traffic security.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards their contracts and certifications provide (for example, UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months from your last contact with us.
- Marketing opt-ins: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your record.
- Server and security logs: typically up to 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to our use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, email privacy@flairelite.com. UK residents may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, vetted vendors) to protect personal information. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for details of what is set and why.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
